In order to insure the best quality balsa, we buy
it in bulk quantities and cut and process it ourselves. These
scraps will be re-processed for other products.

Laser cutters produce perfect parts every
time. Also, every replacement part we sell, fits just like the
original. If you own 2 or more kits of the same size and
design, parts are interchangeable.
|
Whether parts are balsa, plywood, or foam, the
laser cuts them perfect every time.

The laser cutters even cut intricate UltraCote Trim patterns. |
Parts are assemble using three types of glue: CA
where penetration is needed, epoxy where hardness is needed, and
high quality aliphatic glue where strength and flexibility is
needed. No hot glue is ever used in our ARFs. |

stabs are straight as an arrow. |
